Gaudry Normand and Pauline Normand discovered the pure tones and the energy-enhancing properties of pure quartz crystal instruments in 1994. They play crystal vessels (singing bowls), crystal didgeridoo and Quartzophone® instruments (harp and lyre). Pioneers on these instruments, they have given over 1,200 SonoMeditation® concerts since 1994: in Canada, Europe, India, Egypt, the United States, etc. In 1996 they published their first album, CrystalÉnergie. Two other albums followed: Crystal Christmas in 2005 and SonoMeditation® in 2019.

As we are not currently offering any concerts, we suggest you practice the SonoMeditation method while you listen to the SonoMeditation album; you will experience the wonderful, relaxing effects of our music!

SonoMeditation, introduction to the practice: in a quiet place, sitting with eyes closed, with the SonoMeditation album playing softly, allow yourself to be charmed by the music. When thoughts arise, gently let your attention be drawn back to the music; simply favour the sound. Relax in this way for five minutes, twice a day and enjoy the life-enhancing benefits!

During a concert, Gaudry plays his 26-tube Quartzophone lyra.

Sit back, relax and absorb the crystalline energy. During a concert you simply close your eyes and let the music flow gently over and through you. In this way you easily meditate and enjoy a peaceful feeling.

During a concert we play about 100 perfectly tuned crystal instruments and make them ‘sing’ harmoniously together. You will hear Quartzophone instruments (harp and lyra), singing bowls, didgeridoo, pyramids, rainstick and much more.
